KOTO 's B&B Boutique is located in the center of Antwerp near the new South, and within walking distance of numerous museums and cultural initiatives that the city has to offer. Thanks to a close collaboration with our favorite artists, you can moreover enjoy the creativity for which our city is much appreciated.

Since the 10th of July 2016, you can stay in the beautiful rear building in the backyard. This backyard was transformed into a tropical oasis with two garden suites: Africa and India. Additionally, there is also a gym, and soon we will also open a spa for massage and yoga.
In the African garden suite Tamara went all the way 'into the wild' in the bathroom: the floor and walls were lined with the print of giraffe skin. A bamboo bridge with a tree house is attached to the room, especially for the kids! They can romp, but - if they want - even spend the night in the tree house.
The Indian garden suite's eyecatcher is a beautiful Indian arch that gives access to the bathroom with a gold floor and a romantic bath for two. Both rooms share an outdoor living room with fireplace and lounge pillows.
The spacious rooms are equipped with TV, air conditioning, mini bar, Nespresso machine, bathroom and mezzanine with 2 extra beds. The rooms are furnished for maximum 4 persons (2 adults and 2 children). On request, a third child can be settled. We have mainly focused on the sleeping comfort by choosing beds and linen of top quality. Breakfast is served in the room or if the weather permits, in the garden by the pool.
Koto B&B is located in a safe neighborhood with many restaurants and cozy coffee shops, within walking distance of the 'South', the most trendy neighborhood of Antwerp. The prestigious MAS or the beach of St. Anneke are also within reach. A cocktail at our pool makes for a relaxed ending to your successful city trip.

We spent last weekend in B&B Koto! Although we were sick, we had a great weekend!! We had the Asian room. Seeing the pictures we already fell in love with the interior and the gold glitter floor in the bathroom! It turned out that the really was be even better! Wonderful room, great breakfast, great host and a super comfy bed! Breakfast was very extensive and we were allowed to specify what time we wanted to eat! Hostess did a lot of extras and looked after us well! Super cute kids and dog Max is definitely stuck with us! What a great family. Everything from the heart. Highly recommended!! We'll be back here again!

We had a top weekend with our stay in KOTO B&B, the Africa room!! Great room really super nice, India also seen, was also very nice! Great breakfast and good location relative to the city! Too bad we only have been there for one night, could easily stay a little longer !!
